To win a Daily 3 prize, you must match all three of your selected numbers to the digits that are drawn. You must meet the requirements of your game type, so if you submit an Exact play you only win if the numbers are selected in the correct positions.
For an Any play, the order of the numbers is irrelevant. An Exact/Any play gives you the chance to get a big payout for matching the numbers in the correct order, with the security of knowing that you still receive a prize if they appear in a different order.

You can claim prizes from participating West Virginia Lottery retailers, or you can submit winning tickets by mail. The address for mail-in claims is West Virginia Lottery Claims, P.O. Box 2913, Charleston, WV 25330. It is recommended that you use certified or registered mail, and remember to sign the back of your ticket and include your postal address.
